As a mom we go through our days doing the most. Not because we want to but because we have to. I honestly must give it up to the single mommies who do this and more on a regular day to day basis. I am 28, 2 loving kids and a s/o that I love oooh so much. Anyone that knows me (us) knows he works out of town and has been gone since October of last year. This has truly taking its toll on me. Not our relationship. The only reason for that is because we have God first. But just going about my day. Taking Jamari to school then going to work. Coming home going to school myself and then helping Jamari with his homework and w/e comes into play as a parent. I honestly want to pull my hair out at times. I don't have my backbone here to pick up my slack. Yes I can admit I slack off at times. I'm not perfect. Maybe in the eyes of my little ones because the have yet to know any better.
There's so much where I go wrong and wish there was a little red button that said do over that I can push. Everyday. Moral, I love being a mom. But I'm never to good at being one to not need or ask for help. I may be a bit wiser than a first time mommy. But then there's that mommy who has even more wisdom than me a mommy of 2 because she's a mommy of 5. Please never feel you can't ask for help. That just goes to show how strong you are. You'll never know the answer to a question you never asked.
good night mommies.
smooches,
Jasmine
